This lovely 4 bedroom villa is exceptionally spacious and provides everything you need for a wonderful summer holiday or a longer term winter break. It is located in the exceptionally popular Casas da Audiência, next to the Praia Verde resort in the unspoilt Eastern Algarve.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite and a opens out onto a private south facing veranda. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is facing the front of villa. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed. There is also a family bathroom with bath.
On the ground floor the villa has an additional double bedroom, and a bathroom / cloakroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, standing fridge/freezer.
There is also well-proportioned living room, which opens out onto the garden and barbecue area. The barbecue is a traditional Portuguese brick-built grill which is ideal for cooking meat, fish or vegetarian food. If you enjoy outside living, and cooking over hot charcoal, there is a covered area that provides a shaded area for outdoor dining in the summer. The garden is south facing.
The area is mainly made up of private villas and is within walking distance of the local beaches. Whether you are a beach lover, golfer, athlete or you just want to relax with your family and friends, this is the place to be.
Ideally situated between Monte Gordo and Altura the villa is close enough to all the local night life, but just far enough away to avoid the summer crowds!
Towards the beach there is a nature reserve including a lake, which makes a beautiful walk or bike ride into the town of Monte Gordo. The nature reserve is a favourite for walkers, runners, cyclists and for birdwatchers. The world class sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes who train throughout the year.
