This luxury villa is located in the Praia da Lota urbanisation, approximately 500 meters, or a 5/10 minute walk from the beach. The villa has a good sized private swimming pool, and an extensive roof terrace with a large seating area and great views.
The town of Manta Rota is approximately 10 minutes walk away. There are several restaurants, where you can enjoy, among many delicacies, the fresh fish and seafood of the region.
This detached luxury villa, sleeps 10 people, has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and shared entrance, one overlooking the pool and patio area. On the first floor there are a further three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a large comfortable sitting room.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge and dining room, with wide slidding doors that open to the Swimming pool and the barbeque area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, giving guests the freedom to cook their own meals, which can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the outdoor patio.
